Product Design & Performance
Q: What is the main difference between the Mid-Box and the Standard version?
A: The Mid-Box Edition features a full-body, motorcycle-style integrated chassis. This design offers a more robust appearance, better wind protection for the rider, and increased internal space for stable component placement, giving it a more premium "big-bike" feel compared to the slim standard version.
Q: Can the 800W motor handle steep inclines?
A: Yes. The high-torque 800W motor, paired with our intelligent 12-tube controller, is specifically tuned for urban climbing. It easily handles typical city flyovers and inclines (up to 15-20 degrees depending on load), providing consistent power without overheating. Q: Is the NFC system secure? What if I lose the NFC card?
A: Our NFC + Digital Instrument system is highly secure and uses encrypted frequency matching. Each vehicle comes with two physical NFC cards, and the system can also be synced with compatible smartphones. We also provide a backup mechanical or remote override for emergency access.
Logistics & Customization
Q: Why is the container capacity 144 units instead of 187 units?
A: Because the Mid-Box version uses a larger, more comfortable motorcycle-style body, the carton size is slightly longer ( mm vs mm). While you load fewer units, the perceived market value and retail price of this model are significantly higher, offering you a better profit margin per unit sold.
Q: Can we customize the "Transparent Red" or other colors for our brand?
A: Absolutely. As a direct factory, we offer professional OEM color matching. We can produce the Mid-Box in various high-gloss or matte finishes to align with your brand identity or local market trends.
Q: Do you offer different battery configurations for this larger model?
A: Yes. The Mid-Box chassis is versatile. We can configure it with 48V, 60V, or 72V systems using either cost-effective Lead-Acid batteries or high-performance Lithium (LiFePO4) packs, depending on your local range requirements.
Quality & After-Sales
Q: How does the "12-tube controller" benefit my customers?
A:A 12-tube (12-pipe) controller has a higher current capacity and better heat dissipation than standard 6 or 9-tube controllers. This results in smoother acceleration, better reliability under heavy loads, and a lower failure rate—meaning fewer after-sales headaches for you.
Q: What kind of suspension does it use?
A: We use Hydraulic Front Forks combined with rear spring-damper units. This "motorcycle-grade" suspension setup is designed to absorb road vibrations effectively, providing a comfortable ride even on uneven suburban roads. Q: What spare parts do you recommend we stock?
A: For first-time orders, we recommend a small stock of "wear-and-tear" items such as tires, brake pads, and plastic body panels. We typically provide 1%-2% free spare parts with bulk container orders to help you start your local service center immediately.
